Liebster Award

So it’s 2:30am, I’m coughing and sputtering uncontrollably so I think to myself why not check-in on the blog while I wait for this drama king of a cold to calm down. Then I see Grub Blog have kindly nominated for a Liebster Award. If you want to know what it’s all about, Google will do a better job than I will at this time of the morning. Otherwise, here’s the deal:

The Rules of the Award:

1.  Post eleven facts about yourself.

2.  Answer the questions the tagger has set for you and create eleven questions for people you’ve nominated.

3.  Choose eleven people (with fewer than 200 followers) to give this award to and link them in your post.

4.  Go to their page and tell them.

5.  Remember, no tag backs.

  1. Thanks a bunch!!! I’ve been coughing my lungs out for 2 weeks now and still am sick (it was all because of a fridge fluffy cake), but this made my day, considering that I’ve been blogging for less than 2 months… I promise to give it a go AFTER my work interview for practical reasons, so patience please!

  2. Congratulations,The Peckish Kiwi ! This yummy place of yours really deserves it ^ – ^

    And thanks deeply for the nomination , it does mean a lot to me 🙂 !

  3. Thank you so much, such an honor! And your fact #5 is real cool. My only problem is that I don’t know other blogs to tag… #hermit #internetstoneage Can I still gladly receive this badge? Because it looks awesome.

  4. Thanks again Kiwi!
    I’ve got to say..just what the hooters is kewpie mayonnaise.. I don’t even know if I want to try that..much of a hog I am.
    I got a chuckle out of this (:

    P.S You don’t suck too terribly at this (;

    1. You’re most welcome. Kewpie Mayonnaise is a Japanese concoction. If you’ve ever had teriyaki chicken or katsu on rice with some tangy white sauce strung across the top at a Japanese establishment, it’s probably kewpie mayonnaise. I used to be all about tomato based sauce, but this has taken over for me (not that I don’t use both tomato and kewpie in conjunction).

  5. Mr P, I just want to drop by and say thanks for nominating our little blog. I hope i will get to the tag soon as I haven’t been exposed to lots of other blogs out there. Thanks to you i’ve felt more welcome. And hi5 on the coffee case ha ha, a coffee hater here but no problem with those ice cream and cake

    1. Heh, I always feel a little lonely when I say no to coffee, glad there’s someone else prepared to join me in avoiding it. Glad you feel more welcome, and I hope you’re encouraged to post more.
