In the meantime if you like the look of these no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies, you’ll have to go with Sofia at Papaya Pieces’ original recipe and use cocoa instead. I have to say between the two I probably enjoyed the peanut butter version more than the Nutella. My tastes tend towards the flavour of a Reese’s Piece but these days I try not to purchase a lot of chocolate. Somehow putting the flavours together on my own, and adding oats, makes me feel better about indulging in some chocolaty peanut sweetness.
I made these on quite a humid day, and they really needed to sit overnight to really gel together for me, so bear that in mind if you’re making them.
